A Florists Journey With Dried Flowers

Hi my name is Lynne!

For over three decades, I've been a silent companion to flowers both fresh and dried, but it's the latter that wove it's roots deep into my heart, the delicate papery petals that defy time and gravity!

My journey began as a bright 18 year old junior, hands stained, working endless long hours, but I had dreams..... Back then, I revelled in the beauty of fresh flowers, the speed of the work, their fleeting existence in my life, but as the years unfurled, I found myself drawn to the quieter side of creation.

Armed with patience and a heart full of creativity, I experimented. I tried out new and unusual creations. My dried flower arrangements adorned mantelpieces, bedroom windows and kitchen tables. They became my sanctuary against the rush of life, a reminder to pause, breathe and savour the beauty that lingers with dried flowers.

Each petal and flower holds a piece of me, they are not just arrangements, bouquets or wreaths, they are made with love, resilience and passion.

I love to forage, get out into nature, scour meadows, fields and woods, each piece I collect carries a story.

Each of my designs has a name, a meaning, a significance, I hope that as you look through my collections, you'll find something that will speak to you and tell you stories too, memories of forgotten gardens, of sunsets and of dreams all wrapped up in twine and petals.
